Wow. I like seeing kids working out with BW exercises, and I like how HE himself really got into working out. I also like that his health/fitness is a family process.

If this is him at 13, I can't wait to see his progress and strength gains as he gets older and his hormones really start to kick in.

Wait till he starts lifting outside of bodyweight exercise...as in weights. He'll explode with growth.

I had abs like that when I was 13 and younger, and didn't do any workout for it. It also never occurred to me to not eat as much of whatever I wanted. 13 is a whole different animal.
