advice needed on abbs


My top right abb directly under my pec. is about a centimeter bigger than my left abb. Any one know how to solve this problem?

Abdominals are often unsymmetrical so i would not even worry, but if it worries you enough you could do ab crunchies to the left more than the right to try to attempt to solve it, but i doubt it

It isn't a problem. It's normal.

I suggest that you squat, deadlift, bench press, overhead press, and row...then you don't even have to work your abs....they just magically happen.

Out of curiosity, why is this a concern?

I think there's no perfectly balance abs. They just shape up naturally as you do ab exercises. There are some people that may look like have proportion abs but looking carefully you'll see that they are not really proportion to each other.

each person's abdominal muscles are not always proportion, its because of your genetics.

Thank you for saying it's normal, I quite relate to toljakings situation. I often do curl ups and sit ups just to improve my abs
