After Training Legs
What do you guys do when you've given your legs a damn good thrashing down the gym, as like mine today and many Sundays, they feel a bit wobbly and so do the calves. Do you go home and have lunch and after that have a sleep? Or do you manage to maintain your day's activities. I suppose what I'm driving at here is that legs are the most exhausting muscles to train espcially if you are after size and so when you've finished training them all you want to do is go home and put your feet up?
