After Training Legs


What do you guys do when you've given your legs a damn good thrashing down the gym, as like mine today and many Sundays, they feel a bit wobbly and so do the calves. Do you go home and have lunch and after that have a sleep? Or do you manage to maintain your day's activities. I suppose what I'm driving at here is that legs are the most exhausting muscles to train espcially if you are after size and so when you've finished training them all you want to do is go home and put your feet up?

Sleep is always a great way to recover and let the muscles rebuild. If you can afford to chill on your activities and take a nap then it is one of the best ways to gain size, IMO.

Ditto. Especially after a hard taxing routine such as legs.

I would LOVE to be able to sleep after my workouts. I think my boss would get pissed though.
