Always Eating
I am constantly eating....Trying to get enough protein/carbs/Calories... Here lately I have been eating like crap and just not eating enough. I am not sure if I am overtraining or if I am just sick of making food all the time. Anyone have any suggestions for easier way to get protein and carbs without a lot of fat. I drink protein shakes caonstantly, but I still need to eat regular food too. Does anyone else get sick of eating all the time?
