Are you a hard gainer?
I was looking up alcohol and the way it affects the body during
weight training

I dont know much about the program and from what it looked like it seemed a bit standard. Wonderful if your a beginner but not if your an advanced lifter.
I will say the term hardgain is best to discribe poor training organization.
