Most people need or want
fat loss on a specific area when they say "tone up".
Nothing suggested yet will give you the look of toned arms without your whole body getting in line at the same time.
Id say work at an overall plan for your whole body. I don't think the daily arm
weight workouts will hurt you if you are being smart about the weight used, but I also don't think you are going to get great results by doing that either.
You might need to lower your body fat through eating differently if you don't think you are looking "toned".
