I don't know about anyone else here, but personally when I get sore after a workout, or get DOMS, I enjoy it. As a matter of fact I love it. I love when i can't move my triceps after a day of heavy extensions. I love it when I can barely sit down or walk the day after
heavy squats. I don't know why, but I do. It gives me sense of my workout, it tells me how hard I worked aand to me, it tells me that Im actually succeeding in my
muscle growth.
Am I just a freak or does anyone else feel the same way here?
