Awwww, Sorness :)

I don't know about anyone else here, but personally when I get sore after a workout, or get DOMS, I enjoy it. As a matter of fact I love it. I love when i can't move my triceps after a day of heavy extensions. I love it when I can barely sit down or walk the day after heavy squats. I don't know why, but I do. It gives me sense of my workout, it tells me how hard I worked aand to me, it tells me that Im actually succeeding in my muscle growth.
Am I just a freak or does anyone else feel the same way here?

I agree. There's something about the soreness telling you that you've worked hard.

I like soreness except when I have to sit in a plastic chair for an hour the day after doing ass-to-grass squats and lunges.

i love it after a heavy squat session, trying to push in the cluch on my car and feeling like my leg is goig to give out. :

i think im the sorest ever after 2 days on the jackhammer at work, doing this fidly ****. bending over trying to hold a 30kg or so jackhammer on a angle is not fun for 8 hours.
