Well, lets say your doing BB shoulder press and the bar slips, there goes your head. Point is, don't do the farmer's walk in a root infested forest, watch your feet, and don't use way too much weight. Plus, if you do trip, just try to put the back of the bar into the back of your knee, that way if you kneel down the size of the plates will keep any weight from going directly onto your leg.

Hey Dan is that Bob Whealeans' trainees I reconized the shirt, "no toning, no chrome, no bull" thats a crazy picture.
Yeah man, that picture is from Natural Strength, taken in the heart of DC right next to the MCI Center. Bob had me do a farmers walk like that around the block but with actual farmers implements. I might still hold the record?
