Question

Beat The Flab!!!!

Eevn though I weigh in at just 16 stone I still have a problem with my body fat and it measures about 16%. That might be small or big I don't know but you folks might be able to tell me. I know that we can put on fat whilst bulking, but is it possible that I'm talking in too many carbs and not enough protein? Can any of you tell me more please about rock hard abs etc?

Darklord, that is the trick isn't it. Since each body is a bit different we have to find the exact amount of food we need. Are you trying to bulk? Are you trying to cut? What EXACTLY are you eating and when are you eating it?

If post those up you do then get the answers you seek you shall.

[I do a pretty mean yoda impersonation - but on the net it just doesn't carry over without the voice.]

cut the carbs, up the protein. there's no reason you can't lose fat and gain muscle at the same time. i know a guy who makes a nice living helping ppl do exactly that.
