Best Physiques

Think of some of the best bodybuilder physiques that have come and gone over the years. I could start with some I know and think were great.

Serge Nubret
Frank Zane
Casey Viator
Danny Padilla
Boyer Coe
Mike Mentzer
Dennis Tinerino
The Governor
Franco Columbu
Sergio Oliva

These are MY PERSONAL FAVOURITES

Do any of you have any whether classic or not ?

Yes he does have a very proportional physique with no weakness or bloated look. Mentzer though was the only one in history as far as I know with with a perfect score.

Dave Draper. He actually had a really good physique in the 70's even though he had given up competition bodybuilding.

Frank Zane Wow what a ripped man but his wife was cori everson if i remember right.
Franco columbo was beaten by arni i think only by favouritism.
Lou Forrigno was well above arni but again arni was fav to judges.
Lou trained alone with back st guys so i vote him as my man as he never saw others until comp

My favourite physique of all time would have to be: Mohamed Makkawy

It's a very powerful looking body and something I aspire to and it isn't a blown cartoon either.

Personally I'm aiming for a pyhsique more like that of the 'more athletic' guys. The guys at crossfit, or Gregg Avedon. Which is good because its somewhat more easily achievable. Similarly I've seen a lot of great gymnasts and climbers, although no names come to mind.

Yeah Climbers are JACKED!

Seriously though that is Dave Graham and he is stronger than you!

For me on the physique side of things looks are becoming far more secondary to physical ability - To that end I agree with the athletic/'Crossfit' physique call.

A body that can operate well under many types of physical stressors and looks it.
