biceps and shoulders don't get sore am i doing something wrong??


I've been lifting for about 2 years. Almost every time i lift my biceps and shoulders they're never sore the next day. I work them very hard and feel a good pump and a intense burn in both muscles but for some reason they're almost never sore the next day. Am i doing something wrong?
