biceps hurts a lot


i worked my biceps last night as well as back, legs etc. today doing the same action feels a little sore/painful, is this good? i didnt over work them, it did only 4 bicep work outs, 4 sets, 4-8 reps.

DOMS. Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness. It happens...it'll get better in a couple of days. Do some gentle stretching.

am i hearing that right, you worked the same body parts back to back days? if so that isnt good...
