ditto, reverse curls are awsome...only bicep related exercise i do.
if you want really big arms. deadlifts and pull ups close grip bench and dips are the ways to go.

Reverse curls
You know I have only ever tried the reverse curl once. I must admit it felt a bit uncomfortable, but now I think I might give it another try.
Always good to vary your routine :

One of my favorite bicep movements are the reverse curl with the easy bar. I tried supersetting them with hammer curls last night and my arms were dead by the time I left. Very underrated in my opinion if done right.

Ok - I have been around awhile but I do not know what you guys mean by a reverse curl. Is there another name for that?

It's a standing barbell curl done with an overhand grip, as opposed to an underhand grip like when doing a regular curl. Keep elbows tucked in and squeeze at the top of the movement! Simple as that! :

That sounds interesting. How does it hit your biceps differently??

It doesn't hit the biceps as directly as a regular curl, but rather puts more emphasis on the outer area of the biceps and top of the forearms.

It's a good movement for us skinny guys who dont have the bulk around the elbow and upper forearm. The key to doing this exercise is not heavy poundages, but rather lighter weights and strict form, with elbows in like Todd said.

Yep, big weights are not needed for this exercise...I usually do this exercise last in my biceps routine (if I do it), and use between a 50-60 pound barbell. Stay strict and concentrate on keeping the movement controlled the entire way.

Reversed curls and pronated curls are the same yea....? If so, then yea, they definitely make a difference in filling out your arms, particularly for us skinny ones.....
I've been wondering about this one thing tho.... My arms are thin, even compared to my rather portly challenged frame and I was wondering if gaining weight and building muscle for a period and then toning back down wit increased cardio and proper dieting would help making my arms more proportionate (read: bigger) or if the scale between torso and arms would remain the same after this period...... Anyone.....?
The deal is, I'm currently just cutting and toning wit a high-rep program and high proteine/low-carb diet (still lazy on the cardio tho), but I want to up my muscle mass a tad and so consider gaining weight for a couple months and then burn the fat back off come spring...... If this is likely to add size to my arms as well, I consider it a done deal......

That is interesting. Reverse curls are something that I've never really incorporated into my routine.
I think I'll give it a go and see what happens :
