I think you would really deserve the pro card Todd, your hard work and consistency is really evident with your awesome conditioning and mass! there was clearly a difference between even you and second place in your division (i noticed arm mass + chest differences were big). All the best in attaining your Pro card, i think you have what it takes. ::thumbs up::

Thank you Vas. And hopefully the next time I step on stage I will display the best package on that particular day, and fulfill a dream!

Way to go Todd!
I have not done Bodybuilding with WNSO but have done the fitness, figure, fit model, and obstacle. I am a natural athlete and prefer vegetarian but do eat fish.
I also used to run the West show up to 2004.
I did Bodybuilding with ANBCand CNBF.
My diet depends on how I look 6 weeks out, 4 weeks out etc but the avg diet is
oatmeal or maybe just protien powder and water for meal 1, meal 2 would be protein again, white steamed fish for lunch with a sm yam maybe, depending on what week of course, and maybe some green beans or spinache, not much, again depends on my cycle, I go through a protein only cycle for a few days then go into carb load.
snack 2 and meal 3 were same as snack 1 and meal 2.
Udo oil of course, sometimes greens plus, tons of potassium sups, no creatine, glutamine in protein drinks, vit C, and some herbal diuretics at some point depending how I look and I rather not get into that here, people should not just go on this type of diet, it is to be progressed toward, but anyway, that was the jist of it.

Linda
