Yep, I train abs using Max OT principles as well, as outlined within the Max OT programs...just like any other body part. I train them once directly per week, using two exercises and about 4-5 total working sets, that is it. They get plenty of indirect work with any other exercises you do on any other given workout day. On most occasions, I do weighted cable crunches and then incline crunches, OR... weighted cable crunches and leg lifts.
My training is going great, thanks! 1 month more of packing on as much mass as I can without too much of a calorie constriction, and then towards the middle of January it is time to hit the pre-contest diet.

Protein intake will remain high no matter what. The complex carb intake will drop little by little...this is where most of my calorie deficit will come from. Fat intake will be kept to a minimum as well. I will start by taking off 200 calories from my caloric maintenance level, then gradually lower it as time goes on and depending on how I look as time passes.

I am always practicing my posing, so yep, I've just been increasing the time I spend doing it. Working on getting down a good routine to go with my music!

uh...well i guess. Its not bad, shouldnt make u gag or anything like that. not a whole lot of taste. its not bad though no
its good if u mix it with this: 2 cucumbers chopped into 1cm cubes, 2 tomatoes chopped a bit largers than the cucumbers, some fresh mint, the juice of a lemon, a bit of salt and pepper and a bit of olive oil. mix it all up let it sit in the frridige for about a half hour. its very tasty...perhaps this should be in recipe section
