Thumbs up

Bodybuilding Video Clips

I'm sorry I keep posting new topics ALL the time but I was wondering are there any good clips on the net of bodybuilding training? Something we haven't seen before like Tom Platz doing heavy squats or something. I wouldn't mind seeing some real heavy training clips like powerlifting.

Help me out here Symzie I just tried clicking on your file but when the download screen comes up the clip should start downloading but it's not saying anything. I know though that it's Windows Media. The one I mean is the 1993 one.

Chiznarles, while i wont ever be anywhere near that big, bodybuilding is a sport by freaks, and i love it. He's doing what it takes to make a successful living out of it and i respect that.

Damn those videos are both so inspiring. I don't know where I got them, and can't host them, but i've got a few awsome videos of Coleman. In one of them he does DB presses with 200lb Db's for 12 reps!!!

i dowloaded "Ronnie Coleman: The Unbelievable" a while ago, it's like 500mb tho so can't really upload it. Go search the filesharing networks. Shows a lot of training, plus him on duty as a police officer, don't mess with that cop lol

Dark, I can't host any of the stuff I have or I would. That said, like Jallen said, if you have limewire or somthing search for "bodybuilders" and you will find a few 500+ meg vids of both ronnie coleman. I'm downloading two of them now and the one on Coleman is sick.
