Bodyfat Caliper measurement help needed

I have an AccuMeasure 2000 manual bodyfat caliper. The instructions only give interpretations for superailliac measurements. I've been told by members of this forum that superailliac measurements are not accurate for males. The digital skinfold calipers use a 3 point measurement. I've downloaded the digital manuals and know where to take the measurements, but don't have charts to interpret the results.

My skinfold measurments:

chest: 6mm (tight skin, hard to grab a fold)
abdominal: 12mm ( loose skin where most of my body fat seems to be)
thigh: 12mm (difficult to pinch any skin on my thigh at all--even with weight off leg)

all measurements are averages of several measurements in each area.

Can someone please help me interpret these numbers?

Thanks,

Gearloose

I wonder if I can do it without going on a cutting diet?

Thanks for the link threenorns (someday you will have to explain that nickname. I'm curious. )

Edit Correction: When I first entered my profile in the Composition Tracker software, I typo'd my height and made myself an inch taller than I am. That extra inch of height made the numbers come out the same between the programs. (11.48%) I thought that 11.48% sounded too low, so went back to the AccuMeasure software and double checked everything. That's when I found my typo in height and re-ran the data, with 14.62% being the new result. The Linear-Software.com program does not factor in height, thus the discrepancy..

I'm going to take a stab in the dark and say that it refers to the 3 fates... maiden, mother, and crone... I think they were featured in "Macbeth" and in Greek mythology and Norse mythology (the Scandinavians called them the Norns, if I'm not mistaken).

Way cool nickname.
