I want to try out a BSN stack of Cellmass, NoXplode, Nitrix, and Thermonex what do you guys think of this any of you tried it good results? bad results? is it worth the money? (150$ range on ebay)
what about creatine should i take that before my work out too like my diet will look something like this
wake up 5g glutamine, 15 mins later protien shake(complex, flax oil, greens plus, monohydrate creatine (have a whole bunch want to use it up)
blah blah blah
45 before work out noxlplode
10 to 5 mins before workout monohydrate creatine (should i do this? should i take glutamine too before)
after work out glutamine 5g Cellmass, whey isolate protein
then before bed glutamine complex protein cellmass (little confused on this should i take the cellmass? should i take complex protein or would it just be better to eat a casein protein such as cottage cheese or both?)
then the nitrix 3 pills 3 times a day in empty stomach
and take the thermonex 3 pills 3 times a day i was thinking before a mourning meal before my work out then before dinner
and i heard that Thermonex contains synephrine which is similar to ephedrine and can cause heart disease, hypertension, thyroid disease, diabetes, enlarged prostate, anxiety and restlessness, glaucoma and pheochromocytoma (a type of adrenal gland tumour)

that sounds pretty messed up but it was published in 2004 maybe they change it or something... any one know something about this?
so any thoughts on this?
thanks for the help

How tall are you?
Your 17 and seem pretty light. Have you been weight training long?
Personally, I think your getting a bit carried away on the supplements. You can make plenty of gains from natural foods, providing your eating enough and eating right. Try lean meats. Turkey and Chicken Breast. Tuna. Dairy. Some cheeses, cottage cheese. Milk, etc. Watch the sugars. Get your essential fats. And your good to go.
Nothing wrong with supplementing for those who want to, but to go crazy and buy all these things on the market that claim to work is not nessesary and somewhat risky.
Max-OT is an awesome program. I've made some huge progress with it when I was on it, without any supplementation, etc. So have fun with that and good luck, because the program works awesomely!(if thats a word)

have to agree on blaze with the supplements
if you want use a shake as a meal replacement, so say have 3-4 real meals and then the shake as one of ur "meals" glutamine will help with muscle recovery so keep that in your supplementing. do whatever the bottle suggests for taking them.
im on max-ot and all i have been doing is whey protein right after, and one days where i cant get meals in i do a shake. good luck!

If you dont want to go the mono route but still be affordable I would give Universal Storm a try, http://www.nutraplanet.com/product_i...roducts_id=844 Ive been using it for about a month now and very happy with it.I take it preworkout and kre-alkalyn post, just to be economical, and a helluva lot cheaper than Cellmass.

I say forget Cell Mass and all that crap.
I have just recently bought my own ingredients to make my own perfect creatine drink mix. I bought dextrose, maltodextrin, micronized creatine and some Kool-aid. Here is the breakdown of how much it cost me to do this:
Creatine - $20
Maltodextrin - $3.50 (3 lbs)
Dextrose - $3.75 (2 lbs)
Kool-aid - $0.39 per packet (8-10 packets)
Total = $30.00
This will last me for months!
If you want NO2 in your mix, then buy it separately and take it with the above. There you have just made your Cell Mass and/or NOExplode...for about a fraction of the price you'd pay.

The kool-aid is for flavor, that is it. (dextrose etc by itself does not taste so great)
