Bulky?

Hi all,
Some of you know my story by now about my fitness routine...since I am lifting heavier than I ever have (high weight, low reps, about 6-8), is it possible to just get bulky? I would think not because of the lack of testosterone, right? Also, if I'm doing cardio as well, it should decrease the fat while I'm builing muscle, so it won't just be fat on top of muscle which would look bulky. I just want to make sure it's okay to keep increasing the amount of weight I lift and that I won't get bulky.
Thanks!

You would have to eat yourself to bulkiness.

It is very hard for women to get bulky. You would need to spend tons of time in the gym, eat tons of food, and still have genetic gifts allowing you to get big. Also, it would most likely require some "chemical assistance."

You don't have anything to worry about!

You will build muscle based on your diet, exercise and genetics.

My genetics are to have muscular thighs and I do. I love the added "bulky" muscles in my shoulders. Now I just need Gymgirls energy and abs.

when bulking i try to not do so much cardio so my body uses cals to build mass.
I can mass up easy but ripping up is my hard wall to crack
Simple rule like Lady C tells, your gain only to yr diets bases

I'm the opposite. I have a hard time bulking but I can rip up in a week. Everyone's genetics are different, so each requires different approaches to diet and exercise.

"Bulky", like "toned" is one of those ambiguous terms. Everyone has their own perception of what that looks like.

If you are female and feel that you are looking unattractively bulky then your diet is not serving your needs IMHO. I also find that it takes about 3-6 weeks to see a difference from a change in diet.

It is very hard to maintain the changes to your body that weight training gives. If you don't like the new muscles you can always switch your fitness routine to something else.
