Chalk

Chalk makes a huge difference in grip I can't believe it. I usually deadlift about 250 as my grip strength is poor but today with chalk I repped out 315 by 5. My hands were butchered but my grip held up. I refuse to wear straps as it hinders forearm growth but boys chalk is the answer lol.

Wearing straps and doing a few sets directly targetting forearms is a far better alternative than having torn up hands.
