That's amazing. The guy can't figure out if he wants to be buff or lean and chiseled.

I think that is what bulking/cutting cycles are all about. Look how much bigger (lats and arms especially) he is in 2007 than when he started! Frankly I think he is doing what is normal when you want muscle growth. I don't understand where the one time grey hair came from in the fourth picture, but that is non-issue.

Good on him!

Quite the transformation. Why the hair color changes? Who knows. Mine started turning grey, then turning loose.

Then this week for some inexplicable reason, it started turning blonde. PPL are now accusing me of highlighting it.

Again a non-topic.

The initial cut on this guy seems a bit extreme, but you know, by getting rid of the excess fat, he had plenty of room to gain with and the result to date is quite impressive. Slow, gradual, over time...and damn, he built some legs. Wish I could do that.

I think he looked his best at around 10/1/05 or 11/1/05.
