Combining HIIT and Max-ot forms of cardio...


combining hiit cardio and max-ot...

outlined basically...

5 min warm-up
90 second moderate intensity
30 second high intensity
90 second moderate intensity
30 second high intensity
90 second moderate intensity
30 second high intensity
90 second moderate intensity
30 second high intensity
90 second moderate intensity
30 second high intensity
90 second moderate intensity
30 second high intensity
90 second moderate intensity
30 second high intensity
90 second moderate intensity
30 second high intensity
5 minute cool down...


Max-ot lasts 16 minutes using varying degrees of intensity, simplifying the intensity variation with HIIT's requirments(2 intensity levels) but using the max-ot time-frame you get the above.

I figure I'll try it out and report back.
