Im a long time user of this site, and have found most of my answers by just reading what others have wrote. However, I can't find anything to answer my question.............
Im 22 and have been lifting for a while. Im quite lean and far from fat. Yet have a little stomach that I can't shift. I'm on a good diet and have done more cardio than my muscles can bare. Will a fat burner help? I have read that people use them when cutting to get those last few inchs off. Is this the case? Or if I start taking them will I become skinny?
And if I take them and they work, will I just put the weight back on when I come off them?, or do you have to talk them all the time?
Thanks
Chris

Fat burners are no miracle supplement, but they will aid in helping to raise your metabolism a bit and it may just be that's all you need. Again, you should not rely on them as a sole means of getting rid of fat, but with a solid workout routine, and a clean diet, a fat burner may help give you that little boost that you body needs.

I don't drink beer at all. I do have the odd spirit at the weekend but nothing too drastic. It's not really to my liking.
Do you think that has anything to do with it? I know alcohol is bad for storing fat, but I don't have that much.
