Considering surgery

I didnt really know where to put this but I think this is a good place.

I'm currently trying to cut up a bit and at the end of my cut, which will be in mid May, I'll decide if my gyno is bad enough to get it surgically removed. Has anybody here had the surgery before? Is it even worth it? I want to see how bad my gyno is at about 8 or 9% bf. If its not that bad then I'll just leave it and have really puffy nipples. But if it just looks really weird then I'll opt for surgery. I don't really want to have any type of surgery but I really don't want puffy nipples anymore.

What do you guys think about this? Any info on the surgery is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I don't have any info on the surgery, seeing as how I'm a girl, but I wish you the best of luck if you pursue that option.

Have you seen a doctor about getting some tamoxifen or arimadex for this? Some say these drugs help with gyno. Others say once there it requires surgery. To me, a month or two of drug treatment would certainly be better than surgery if there is any chance it would work.

He would prob need something strong like letrozole to rid existing gyno. There are cases where it has been reversed, worth talking over with a knowledgable dr alright

That's strong. But as you and I have both suggested - he needs to see a doc. No advice found over the internet is going to help if it's actually gyno. It's gonna take a physician and some powerful drugs with some rather unkind sides, possibly for a month or even more. But, still beats the hell out of surgery if it works.

I havent seen a doctor about it, I didnt think it could be reversed if it had already developed. I'll make an appointment to see what they think. Would I need to see a specialist?

VW, sometimes it can't. But there are times that it can be reversed with drugs if it isn't too bad. I don't remember asking, did you ever have any hard lumps under the nipples? Or just puffy nipples and fat deposits?
