Check out
www.mybodycomp.com - you can set up a profile absolutely free, and when you do so they make you take a LOT of measurements of
almost 
all your body parts. Then they give you your
body fat percentage. I assume they use all of those measurements to figure it out, not just of your stomach.
Besides, everyone will tell you that it's not the exact number you get but being able to use one method to track your BF and see your progress (or not). If you really must know, either average all the values you get from different methods.
Or do an eye-test. This is non-scientific by any means, but from all I've read about BF this seems about right to me. If you can barely see a four-pack, but can in fact see it - you're around 14-16%. Once you can clearly see a four-pack, you're about 11-14%. I'd guess at about 9-11% you'll see a 6-pack, and anything below 9% means you're mean and lean and it's time to start posing for Men's Health Magazine :P
