With both of your hands start out with each hand's palm facing towards your body, but to the side of it. After this in a smooth motion, move your hands up, only using your ulna, and radius in the process, your humerus, or upper arm bone should remain parelel to the floor. Continue to move your hands up until they are vertical, and your humerus is still parelel to the floor.
