I have recently lost quite a bit of weigh (see previous posts if you like).. until now I haven't really made any changes in my diet. I have gone from 265 to 193 in a one year time span. Unfortunately I still have quite a bit of fat all over. I have decided that I need to give in a go on a stict diet. Can anyone tell me what to do? I've heard the term cutting on this site alot.. is that what I need to do? If so, how do I go about that. Give me a sample days food intake, etc. if you can. Should I just be looking to shed bodyfat now, not necessarily
scale weight? I need alot of help with all this stuff, I guess I'm just confused on how I have lost 70 lbs. but I still feel fat. I suppose that back then I knew I was overweight, but now the scale tells me one thing but I dont feel like I am as solid looking as I should be for this current weight. I still have a bunch of fat around my stomach/love handle/lower back area and I am just looking for a way to make it go away. I think it's gotten to the point where I have to diet strictly or something like that maybe. Any help you guys could give would be great. Oh, by the way, I'm 6'1.. if that matters in any of this discussion. Thanks guys.
