Cyling Clenbuterol i've done my research now it's time for me to ask questions
Hello I wanted to take the time to ask about Clenbuterol. First of all I have done a fair amount of research, I know when taking Clen you should not take it for long periods of time, in fact it should be cycled on and off every few weeks (i'd say no more than 2 weeks at a time). Also the dosing should never exceed 160mcg.
I know that it comes in two forms, a tablet form and a liquid form, though my research has not shown me between the two which is the most effective. I'm leaning towards tablets since all i hear about the liquid form is the terrible taste but if one is really that much more effective than the other then i'll go with it.
I have also read about stacking Clen. It seems that a good stack with it is Cytomel but i am wary of using it and would like to stay away. I plan on doing a 21 day on and 21 day off cycle. Meaning 21 days of taking Clen then 21 days completely off it and taking something else. Seeing as how i want to stay away from Cytomel would you recommend a supp to take on my off cycle? Thermorexin? Not really sure.
I am 5'8" i weight 222 pounds. I am doing an HST cycle 3 days a week with HIIT cardio 5 days a week (sat and sun. are my rest days) My log can be seen at this link

I haven't totally figured out my diet but i am avoiding fast food, sweets, and large portions for now. Also i'm only drinking orange juice and milk (in the mornings) and definitely lugging around a big ass BOTTLE of water.
I'm also supplementing with ON's Whey Protein. Trying to take at least 200 grams per day..

I am sure others will chime in with some info about the CLEN but if I were you, I would stay away from the OJ and limit the milk. Lots of sugars there, not good when trying to lose the fat. Myself, I am at the point where I drink about 4 oz of fat free milk and the rest water with my protein shakes and then just water the rest of the day.

thanks for the response Barry, i've been getting that alot about the OJ and Milk... I can cut them both out. But the shakes sure aren't going to taste the same lol...

Try using splenda to the shakes to add some taste in. What time do you workout at and what time do you plan on taking the clenbuterol?? I couldn't imagine doing HIIT on clen if i had taken it prior.

That is why I mix about 1/3 to 1/2 milk in my shakes (3 to 4 oz). Makes them much more smooth. I will also drink a small glass of non fat milk now and then...I love milk and could drink a gal a day if I was a hardgainer, but my genetics made me an easy fat gainer ;-)
I usually only drink water other than that, but sometimes when I have had a rough day, I will drink 4 oz glass of gatorade about 30 min before I hit the weights just to boost up the energy. I try to limit my carbs during the day and I feel that jolt of energy really helps.

My HST program is
Mon Wed Fri
I will be doing HIIT
Tue Thu Sat.
I will start taking Clen my third/4th week into the program because i want to get my body used to the routine first before shocking it with Clen.
I can go without milk because i don't like it that much anyways, as far as the splenda i'm taking ON Chocolate Whey so the taste i'm not worried about, it's the consistency, when i mix it with water i just feel that it's too watery, milk makes is thicker, but i guess i'll sacrifice.

Also i agree genetically i'm an easy fatgainer.. lol Sorry i just saw the questions regarding clen.
I workout in the mornings i am done with my workouts before 10am. As far as the time i will be taking clen, i'm still not quite sure what times are most effective. Also being that clen is a bronchdialator wouldn't it help me with my HIIT training opening up my lungs a little?

for a while now... this time around i've taken it seriously, low carb diet not to be confused with NO carb diet... no eating after 6pm, eating 6 meals every 2 hours, no grease, nothing fried ALOT of meat and fish though lol

Just watch other stimulants like caffine and the like. You dont want your heart to jump out of your chest.

Note
When you cycle off of the clen, try using something like Hydroxycut for the 21 days off, it is a good support for the time off, and it is a different substance, so your body wont get used to either one. I did it and it worked for me. Good luck with your program, and post some pics when you feel that you are getting somewhere.

alright guys just an update here of my last routine (just a snap shot) i'm doing MAX-OT and LOVE IT! seen some good gains, i've switched it around this week and will post the new updated one on friday.
Monday: Chest
Flat Dumbbell Bench Press -----> 130x6, 130x6, 130x6 (next week move up to 120)
Incline Dumbbell Bench Press -----> 110x6 110x6 110x6
Dips (Machine Assisted) -----> -85x6, -75x5
Tuesday: Back
Pullups (Machine Assisted) -----> -130x6, -130x6, -115x3
Seated Cable Rows -----> 130x6, 130x6
Hyper Extensions (Weighted) -----> 35 x 6, 35 x 6
Wednesday: Shoulders

Thursday: Legs (had to switch the order from normal cuz these douche bags were taking forever on the squat rack i also forgot that i was only supposed to do two sets of SLDL.. lol.. needless to say i was exhausted after!)

Barbell Squats -----> 225x6, 225x6, 225x6
Leg Press -----> 450x6, 450x6, 450x6

Getting ready to purchase Clen but don't know where to look, so far i've found ancillary guys and they look like they have a good rep, please let me know other wise.

I saw you wanted to take cytomel along with it... I wouldn't recommend this unless your BF% is high ( ~20-25 ) because it will take the fat along with the muscle unless using anabolics.

Though i no longer plan to take cytomel, though i have had a body fat% analysis (the one where you hold the electrical device at chest hieght and it said i was 28%, don't know how accurate it is)
I will Cycle clen w/ taurine and i might use a thermogenic, just trying to find a nice priced one. I'd prefer to take the Clen in pill form over liquid form. BTW thanks for the response to my pm Jackal.. .really appreciate it.
