Dfht... How Is It?
Hey, a few guys from another bodybuilding forum suggested Dual Factor Hypertrophy Training. I read about it on a site and also read Ketomaniac's who followed DFHT) journal (good work btw  ). anyway, i was wondering if anyone else has any experience with it, or has a lifting partner who does? if so, how effective was it for A) size gains and B) strength gains?

It's aimed mostly for muscle gain, it's not bad for strength I tried it some time ago now, but it was fairly good program as far as I remember. Nothing out of the ordinary though.

A) hypertrophy gains were pretty good

Yuh until I got too lazy to post entries. I noticed when i stopped posting entries, I might miss a workout and did it the next day. The journal did help me stay focused IMo.
