Doubts about my workout... need help!

Hi! I've been training hard for the past four months and i'm really enjoying it but I want to be sure that i'm doing the best exercises and that i'm training every parts of my muscles. I would really appreciate if you could answer the few questions I have about each of my workouts...

Also I know that I should be doing squats and deadlifts but I won't do it for now so when you reply to my post just imagine that these two exercises don't exist and tell me what's the best alternative. Thanks in advance!

BACK & TRICEPS & ABS
Pullup (3x5)
Chinup (3x5)
DB Bent-over row (3x6-10)
Cable seated row (3x6-10)
Cable pushdown (3x6-10)
DB Lying triceps extension (3x6-10)
Crunch (3x30)
Knee raise (3x12)

Question #1 : Should I do hyperextensions? If so then which of my current back exercises should I take out? I don't want to go over 24 sets per workout.

Question #2 : Should I do more exercises for my triceps? I was thinking of doing some close grip bench presses...

LEGS & SHOULDERS
Leg press (3x6-10)
Leg extension (3x6-10)
Leg curl (3x6-10)
Calf press (3x12)
DB Shoulder press (3x6-10)
DB Lateral raise (3x6-10)
DB Rear lateral raise (3x6-10)
DB Shrug (3x12)

Question #3 : Should I do more exercises for my calves? I was thinking of doing some seated calf presses along with the current calf press that I do on the leg press machine.

CHEST & BICEPS & ABS
DB Flat bench press (3x6-10)
DB Incline bench press (3x6-10)
Dips (3x10)
DB Curl (3x6-10)
DB Hammer curl (3x6-10)
Crunch (3x30)
Knee raise (3x12)

Question #4 : Should I do more exercises for my chest? I was thinking of doing some pullovers...

Question #5 : Should I do more exercises for my biceps? If so should I do DB concentration curls or DB incline curls?

That's all! I hope you guys can help me out!

to involved

Trynot to so advance at the start, Try heavy as you can lifts on every body part and not train a muscule to intensive.
I done this for many yrs and failed.
Example, Chest, Do only heavy as you can bench, It works whole chest.
All other exercises are to develope other regions of chest ie, Decline, Incline flies.Only a competition man will need these.
Go for size then shape and cut.
And most of all, Diet is 90% success
