Eating for weights and cardio question ?

I tend to alternate workouts between weights and cardio.

would it make sense to plan my diet for that day depending on what I am working on that night,

for example, tonight is my cardio session,so should I eat minimal carbs in preperation for this ?

although I hear people say that what you ate yesterday is what you use today !!

I worked out with heavy weights yesterday night, should I now be trying to load in the cards to fuel that workout ? even though I am cardio tonight

thanks

or take a chicken salad instead and have no cards on a cardio day ?

well I dunno about no carbs... but I would go ahead and say less carbs on the cardio days. Basically you eat complex and more carbs when you feel you need and can utilize the energy you get from them.
