yeah - use the long rope handle and start the move at the top with your hands together. as you come down, pull the ends of the rope apart to your sides.

hurts like bloody hell!

I like Mr VW's list. I also like closegrip presses and variations on the cable rope extension (not pull apart).

I always think (but could be wrong) that if you ask a person who've they've turned their triceps from a really weak point into a really strong point, ask them. I personally like skullcrushers with an olympic bar but my favourite is definately bench dips with plenty of added weight. The burn will be out of this world!

Dips is an aboslute must... Just focus on keeping your body vertical so as to retain pressure on the tris rather than shifting emphasis to the chest...

Skullcrushers, one or two-handed are great too... Be careful wit your elbows when you get to the heavier weights tho...

I like the rope attachment pulldown as well... Very isolative tho and progressing in weight tends to be slow... For me at least...

Clsoe grip bench is the best buddy. I weigh 175 and close grip 205 x 8. Now that's ****in power.

Personally since im not usually much of a bodybuilder i stick to these:

Close grip bp, military, and push press.

Every now and then i'll fiddle with the pushdown or extensions of some sort, and if i feel like having fun ill do some dips.

You can't beat compound exercises though no matter what way you slice it.

Psst ray i close grip more than you and im 17. (granted that im 218 right now tho lol).
