Encouraging signs....


Ever have that "sweet" moment when you realise things are paying off?
The other day as I was brushing my teeth, with my arm bent, I noticed a dimple above the elbow where the triceps go into the elbow. I have always had skinny arms, so to see that visible affirmation of triceps development was awesome
