stones are a unit of weight that the british use. 1 stone = 14 lbs.

Just get your ass back in the gym. Get a set plan so you'll be less likely to skip days. If you can find someone that will work out with you, and motivate you, even better.

Hi Dude i get 'stones' being british myself.

It sounds to me like you have lost the dream.
Maybe i'm wrong but i think most people when they first pick up and curl their first dumbell have a dream something along the lines of walking down the street and turning every head with their massive hard body. (I accept variations of this dream).

When we get in the gym that is what inspires us to push further and harder and to keep coming back in the hot summer and cold dark winter. Its our dreams that push us to do better.

I bet if you can think back to when you first picked up a dumbell you can rememer your dream. Is it any less significant now after you have achieved so much and came back on yourself?
I don't think so.

If you can change the way you are thinking your body will follow. Over the next week every time you order a beer, or open a packet of crisps or skip a workout, etc, think of your dream when you were a beginner.

If your dream is still important enough to you to drag you back to the routines and discipline you are used to then don't order the beer, the crap food.

Get back to it in a big way and in a month your mind will be back to the way it used to be and your body will be not far behind!!!

Just remeber that all of us at some point lose focus on our original goals but their is never a point when its to late to steer back on the original track!!!

Go do it!!!!!
