Fat face help


hey guys and gals

I have a good healthy diet
weight train 4 times a week
cardio 1 to 2 times a week

have good shape,toned and muscular,hardly any fat

but


i have a fat face and a double chin and the chin seems to keep growing,
Im only 34 !!!!

any one have techniques to reduce my sagging chin before its way out of control

Well.... not sure, i mean if you're ony doing cardio 1-2x a week, then, that's really not enough. get a good sweat going for like 30-45 mins 5-6x a week, and then see how your face looks.. if that doesnt work after a few months..then, maybe consider some liposuction..sometimes these things are purely hereditary and there's not much you can do about it except getting some surgery to correct it.
OR, just accept yourself for the way your face wants to look, and realize you are just as lovable with or without a full face!

Oh its good to be back, well your sagging chin could just be skin. as for your face it's probably genetic you likely need to reduce body fat. try lowing the calories in your diet a bit or turning up the intensity of your workouts
