Well.... not sure, i mean if you're ony doing cardio 1-2x a week, then, that's really not enough. get a good sweat going for like 30-45 mins 5-6x a week, and then see how your face looks.. if that doesnt work after a few months..then, maybe consider some liposuction..sometimes these things are purely hereditary and there's not much you can do about it except getting some surgery to correct it.
OR, just accept yourself for the way your face wants to look, and realize you are just as lovable with or without a full face!
