but technically does the theory has its weight in saying that if your
SCALE weight
is increasing that ur lifting "SHOULD" get heavier?:confused:

I find that program hard to believe. They have you increasing 10 pounds on
bicep curls
every week. That cannot be realistic.

You are not reading it properly you drop the weight initially and work up
