Had an injury ? Look in

well never expected anyone to pop in.
Well i have trained for many yrs and since coming to this site have learnt so much.
I have done max rep 1 set
3x8 rep
5x5
With help i was ripping up which was 100% achieved with help from V.
My aim was now to bulk to 20 stone and rip to 18 stone 252lbs.
But at 46 yrs old my skeletal frame cant take it.
I have pulled 3 injuries
Lower back spinal erectors with compacted spine
Pulled 4 arm flexors
Roto Cav in delt
So now i will try high rep low weight training.
I have never tried this as i like heavy iron, but i like to try new stuff.
I will keep all posters informed.

Send a message via Yahoo to .V.
Keep us updated. I'll be interested in following your progress. You may just add more credence to my belief that IT ALL WORKS when it comes to weight training.

Good luck my friend.

Start off with a pair of 5 lb. pink dumbells and work yourself back up to the heavy iron.

I'll be cheering for you.

Pierini sometimes you make my eyes pop out, pink dumbells, made me giggle.
I carry more in loose change.
Just finished lats with high rep low weight,
20 15 12 lat pull down wide grip F/Head
20 15 12 lat pull down wide grip B/Head
20 15 12 close grip reverse pull down
What a pump and burn i was like a tyre inflator on fire.
Quite hard going as im not used to passing 8 reps per set.
All above is for lat width so next time i hit lats it will be t bar, cable to waist, rows etc for thickness.
I still will hit each body part 2x a week with different movements.
I will ache tomorrow i know this already, so im pleased as i thought it would be like just doing the motions rather than stress the fibres.
