Im going to start doing cardio on saturdays and sundays, i just dont have the time during the week, plus with my workouts and my metabolism i really dont think i need to do cardio all week long.
im going to be doing
HIIT cardio, or guerilla training cardio, just short very
high intensity carido sessions, probably a lot of sprints, no 45 minutes long treadmill ventures or an hour on a bike. Im going to jog for 5 minutes, run 20 second sprints with 20 seconds of walking in between for 5 minutes, then jog for another 5.
I plan on waking up, taking a serving of BIOTEST TRIBEX with water (this really isnt important as far as this post goes, just figured id share that i was taking tribulus), doing my cardio, then comming home and immediately drinking an MRP mixed in water.
The MRP is questionable though....should i drink JUST protein in water instead...or maybe my protein AND my creatine drink w/ 80g of carbs.
