Help me plan out a
full body workout to do !out 3-4 times a week on my marcy
home gym, its 100lbs and I use resistance bands to increase the weight
So far I'm just doing random stuff with no real goal or routine, did some on monday but today, wednesday, I wasn't able to do much if any, I get active at work if I feel like, throw a few shovels of asphalt, work a roller, I hear vibration is good for muscles, lol
I can't do the one muscle today another tomorow thing, yet at least, I'm seeing results but would like some structure, so far I'm just doing every exercise on the gym I can think of, and watch the hodge twins on youtubne once in a while, lol
