Hey all!


I'm the new guy, thought I'd step up and introduce myself. I've been working out on and off for the last 5 years, and have only really started seriously about three months ago, when I got my training diary. What I really need is some advice on putting serious size on both my chest and back. Any suggestions?

Hey Mike, welcome to the board!! You will get the same answer from a lot of folks if your looking to put on size... eat big, lift heavy, and get plenty of sleep/rest. Posting up your routine and what you eat will help the people of the board help you.
