I want to be VERY lean for my vacation. Yesterday, my only carbs came from one serving of broccoli, one serving of lettuce, the little bit of cheese I put on each, and psyllium husk (which is pure fiber and doesn't really count). The rest was meat and fish/olive oil.

For my competition this past weekend, I cut 18.5 pounds (from 205.5 to 187) in the two weeks leading up to the race just by altering my diet (no cardio) and I still managed to put up a PR in benching my bodyweight for reps (27). Diet was super low carb (likely under 30 grams/day), plenty of coffee, plenty of water, multivitamin, fish oil capsules. Lots of meat and cheese.
