supinated- palms face eachother at the bottom. so you have a twist in the motion when u curl

palms-facing forward- palms face forward all the way through the motion

I came across this website a while ago: http://www.planetmuscle.com/articles/5_4/f_st.html
That tells you all about the crucifix curl. Just scroll down and you'll see how to do the exercise.

When the palms face each other it's actually called semi-supinated. Supinated is when your palms are facing you, pronated is when the palms are facing away from you.
