on a program where hypertrophy is the goal (ie. less weight more reps program as opposed to
high weight low reps program) is it still advised only working out each body part once per week?? Or should you work each part twice per week? What is the type of program you would use to maximize
muscle growth, not strength?
Can I still do each part once per week and maybe increase volume, or add extra days for each part? Right now I am coming off a max-ot type program, so I wanted to know what I need to do different to maximize muscle growth
