I got one for you guys

Don't know if you've ever tried it or not, but I just thought of it one day and was like, "I'm a genius! Im gonna try it!"

Perfect especially for those whole body routine lifters in here.

Get on the glute/ham raise machine, and come up to parrallel, so your back is perfectly straight, and your core is tight. Now grab a couple DB's of your choice, and perform a row while in this parrallel position. You could also do this reverse fly's and lateral raises for your delts. Or reverse it and do normal fly's and DB press.
It's pretty fun. The only problem is, your glutes and hams give out way before your back does, so I reccomend going pretty heavy.
