i just realized something...


...it's been a looooooooooong time since i've had the hands-pulling-open problem with deadlifts and other heavy workouts! yay!

27/01/06: bench - 170; squat - 195 (wrapped); deadlift - 210; total - 575; need - 617; to go - 42

when i was doing exercises like deadlifts or pull-downs, the weight would pull my hands open and i'd lose grip.
