Injured...need workout help please

hey ya'll,
as you can tell i'm a n00b on this forum. i'm not new to weight training though. i'm 17 and have been working out for about 3 years about 70% of the year i'm in the gym.
my question is that i was planning on hitting the weight real hard before spring break for a lil extra mass(of course i'd alter my protien, fat, and carb intake as needed).
my problems began to arise when i was working out one morning, doing shoulder press with 55lb dumbells when i expirienced a sharp piercing pain in my left shoulder right on top. after diagnosed with a seperated and partially torn A/C joint, i took it easy on upper body and attenhded 2 weeks of physical theropy. i hit weight for 1 day until i broke my hand(5th metacarpel).
so now i sport this gay blue cast, and i can practicly see my mass decreasing.

please any ideas to maybe stimulate my muscles with out use of right hand?

maybe i'm just screwed, but i thought i'd ask the muscle gurus before i claimed defeat,
thanks guys

yea i'm gonna use one of those machines that rests on your shoulders with huge pads. it's got kinda a curved platform for various foot positions. either that or leg press. and also leg ext. and such.
but i was kinda refering more to chest, back, and arm excercises. i know i neglegted to mention that in the original post. sorry. thanks for helping though!

i mean like proper squats with a bar. cause they stimulate the whole body, not just the legs.

yea d00d i know what you mean, my point is that i'll have to have someone hardcore spot me and hold the bar on my back becuase i don't know if i can grip it yet. so i'll probally be using a machine to assist me. i got the cast today so i'll try sometime later. right now it hurts like hell cause they had to set it(if you've done it you feel my pain.)
but this issue is beside the point.
i was kinda wondering if flexing works your muscles. it's the only thing i can think of to attempt to keep my pecs awake for a month until i can support weight on both hands.
