Sorry I misunderstood you.
Protein helps.
Creatine is one of the few suppliments that actually works. One friend of mine who is an MD and a very good bodybuilder (with big muscles) says it is the only one that really works.
Proper timing and intake of protein, carbohydrate, and fat all in the right amount for your body is the best thing.
Then suppliment if you need it with protein shakes if you aren't getting enough with whole food.
Then add the creatine, dextrose, whatever else you need when the time is right.
BTW: I've been working out very seriously for two years and I consider myself a rank beginner. Five months is a nice start - but not nearly enough to see the kind of results you are probably hoping for. We would all like to have the perfect body tomorrow, but it takes time -- a lot of it.
Keep going, keep reading, keep lifting, then over time you will get the results you seek.

<shrugs> if it makes you happy.
personally, i'd spend the money on more food. if you're not eating enough or not eating the right proportions, all the supplements in hte world aren't gonna help.

Glucosamine helps regenerate cartilage tissue, not muscle tissue. You need to spend some serious hours researching everything before you just go out buy something. How old are you anyhow?? Your vocabulary skills represent someone in about 8th grade. Nothing wrong with that, but if you are young (and I mean anyone 20 and below), you should be more concerned about dieting and correct resistance training.
Take this as constructive criticism, not a flame on you personally.
