Is this diet and work out routine fine?

Hey all, i have been reading so much on this site and some other sites also. This site is so great, there is so much information and the people here are very helpful. I think its about time to see what everyone thinks about my diet and work out routine. Im 21 yrs old, male, 5'6", 145 lbs. I worked out last summer for 5 months and had great gains but my diet was bad. I havent worked out since. Well now im back at it and more then ever ready.

My Goals are to put on some mass.......bulk for 4 months until April and then start cutting for the summer.

The past month i have been doing a full body workout to get the mucsles warmed up and ready to start a good and hard workout routine. And also i have been trying to setup a good diet. This is what my rountines looks like:

WORKOUT
Monday(Chest and Tries)
Flat dumbbell press 3x8-10
Flat Dumbbell Flyes 3x8-10
Push ups
Kick Backs 3x8-10
Skull Crushers 3x8-10

Tuesday(ABs and some Cardio)
Sit-ups(weighted)
Crunches
Leg Raises

Wednesday(Legs and Calves) (This is where ill need some help with, i also dont have a spotter or the right equiptment so...)
Lying Leg Press
Leg Extensions
Leg Curls
Calve Raises

Thursday(Biceps/Shoulders) All 3x8-10
Concentration Curls
Hammer Curls
Stand Alt Curl
Shrugs
Shoulder Press
Dumbbell Side Raises

Friday(Back)
Chin Ups
Pull Ups
Dumbbell Rows
Seated Rows

Saturday and Sunday OFF

DIET
600: Multi, Optimum Nutrition Protein Shake, 2 Whole Wheat Toast with Peanut Butter

900: 4 Eggs, Apple

1200: 8oz Chicken, 1 Cup of Brown Rice, Salad(olive oil and Vinergerte)

230 or 300: 1 can of tuna, salad, 3 clementines

400 or 500: Work Out

500 or 600: Cell-Tech Creatine and Optimum Nutrition Protein Shake

700 or 800: Steak or chicken or tunafish or salmon, Rice or sweet potato, Salad(olive oil and Vinigerete(SP))

Before Bed a huge glass of Milk and a large pizza and soda(haha Jk)

Well i think that is everything. Whatever you think should be changed just tell me. One thing i think i might need to add is....more food for bulking. If you think there is something i need to add just tell me.

Thank you......any advice, good or bad would be great!!!!
critique if needed.

It's tricky to really break it down and critique the diet unless you include the p/c/f breakdown of everything you're eating. However, one point I'd make about your diet is that you really should look at your pre and post workout nutrition. I'd bump up the carb intake significantly before & after, because you're using so much fuel at that time.

I think I'd flip biceps over to Tuesday, at the very least. I'd imagine that your back day will suffer considerably if you've got really heavily fatigued biceps from the day before.

Edit: Same with those shrugs. I'd bounce them to back day or Tuesday.
