Its good to be back

I've been working out on and off for going on 6 years now. As a number of you know I just got back into "it" again 5 weeks ago. I've finally lifted all the stops with the training program and the diet is dialed in tight.

Since my brutalized day on Thursday shocking my midsection and lower body I sit here at work in agony. I'm walking like Kramer in the Ultra-tight jeans episode, if I stand for more than 15 minutes sitting down is almost unbearable. I can't laugh or breath heavily for fear of the inevitable pain that lies within my upper abs.

Finished my second can of tuna of the day (I hate Tuna), ate a flax meal breakfast that seriously resembled chicken feed.

But all day through the misery I've had this moronic smile thinking.......

Its good to be back

Just my thoughts for this glum rainy Saturday, thought they would hit home with a few people.

If you don't like canned tuna, consider canned salmon. :

dude!
It's always good to be back after a while, when your muscle is recovered and your mind is sharp again!
I was in a slump a couple weeks ago and i am back full force now!
With a new routine and an new ipod (with crazy music), aimming to gain 5-10 lbs in a couple months!

Welcome back!
