Hey all, I just joined this forum not but 3 minutes ago. It's nice to finally have people to talk to about my
pumping iron. I get into my first question I guess, and it is; I just recently finished my 8 week cycle ( and gained some significant progress), however, today I was feeling very blah and fatigued. I simply didn't have any energy, nor any aggression that I normally have in the weight room. I'm going to take the next week off, but am worried that I will loose significant progress in doing so. Am I making the right choice, or just being paranoid? Thanks.
