Just signed up

Hey all, I just joined this forum not but 3 minutes ago. It's nice to finally have people to talk to about my pumping iron. I get into my first question I guess, and it is; I just recently finished my 8 week cycle ( and gained some significant progress), however, today I was feeling very blah and fatigued. I simply didn't have any energy, nor any aggression that I normally have in the weight room. I'm going to take the next week off, but am worried that I will loose significant progress in doing so. Am I making the right choice, or just being paranoid? Thanks.

No problems in taking the week off. In fact it will do you good!! You will return enthused, motivated and ready to work.Take more days if needed. An intriguing by-product of resting after a particularly gruelling cycle is that your return to the gym is usually marked by a significant surge in strength and size, the so called "x+1" factor.(bonus!!). Important to keep nutrition and supplementations up, even during this down time. Welcome to the forums mate. There are folks here with a wealth of knowledge and experience who will be of enormous help, saving you alot of wasted time and effort.
